If you wish to return products to Three-Sixty, it's easy!

Alternatively, you can contact us by phone on 01686 627595 or email us at orders@three-sixty.org.uk before sending anything back, and we will ensure the request is processed efficiently.

Please note that all returns must be previously authorised.

Due to MHRA legislation, we cannot accept returns of medicinal products.

Any goods returned must be in original undamaged packaging suitable for resale, not defaced, and have at least nine months expiry date.
